Princess Eugenie Shares New Photo of Son Ernest on Her 34th Birthday: 'The Best Gift of All Are My Boys'
Eugenie wrote in an Instagram post that she is "cherishing family and loved ones" on her special day
Princess Eugenie is celebrating motherhood as she turns 34.
On Sunday, the royal posted a new photo on Instagram of her baby son Ernest George Ronnie to mark her birthday — and shared that she was happy to spend her special day with her family.
"The best gift of all are my boys... so on this birthday I'm cherishing family and loved ones. ❤️❤️❤️," Eugenie wrote, alongside a photo of her holding 9-month-old Ernest up in the air, as she wore a white headband, blue gemstone earrings and a pale gray knit top.
Eugenie is also mother to 3-year-old son August Philip Hawke. She shares both of her children with husband Jack Brooksbank, whom she wed in an October 2018 ceremony at Windsor Castle.

Other members of the royal family shared birthday messages for Eugenie on Sunday. The princess' mother, Sarah Ferguson, shared an Instagram post wishing her daughter a happy 34th birthday.
“Happy birthday to my amazing daughter @princesseugenie,” Fergie, 64, wrote alongside a photo of the mother-daughter pair. “I am so proud of the incredible woman you have grown up to be.”
“You continue to amaze me every day in your hard work, your grace, kindness, and the care you show to others,” the Duchess of York continued. “You will always be my silly, sweet, smart and thoughtful girl. I love you, Eugenie. Happy birthday.”
Eugenie and her sister, Princess Beatrice, have together been supporting their mother after Fergie announced in January that she had been diagnosed with skin cancer.
Shortly after the announcement, a friend of the Duchess of York told PEOPLE that her "family is rallying round” — especially her two daughters.

"They've been terrific since the summer," the friend added of Eugenie and Beatrice, 35.
“My two wonderful daughters are my wholehearted cheerleaders, my devoted champions and my soulmates,” Fergie herself told PEOPLE last November, adding that Eugenie and Beatrice “have been as supportive as can be, as they always are.”
Back in November, Eugenie spoke candidly about her motherhood experience during an appearance on the Table Manners podcast. She detailed the pressure she felt to "shake baby weight" after she gave birth to Ernest in May 2023.

"I don't know about you, but on the post-baby body thing — it sends me mad, but I find it really hard to shake baby weight," Eugenie said. "I guess society dictates that you have to shake your baby weight and all that stuff."
The royal also spoke on the podcast about the pressures of growing up in the spotlight and the media scrutiny of her appearance, saying it "definitely has caused a couple of issues around my relationship with having to look a certain way."
"I guess everybody has that if you're in the public eye. I guess within our family, it happens at that perfect age where you're, you know, 13 years old and you've got that dorky bowl haircut and you're a bit chubby and you know, all the boys are bullying you and all that kind of stuff," she said.
