Priscilla Presley Dispels Rumor She Is 'in Love with' Former “Dallas” Costar Patrick Duffy: 'So Crazy'

Presley and Duffy played former high school sweethearts and lovers on 'Dallas'

Priscilla Presley is setting the record straight about her feelings for Patrick Duffy.

During a Q&A event at the Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut, on Saturday night, Presley, 78, addressed recent rumors she's read saying that she's in love with her former Dallas costar Duffy, 75.

"Now there’s this whole big thing out there that I love Patrick Duffy, and I’m reading this in a magazine that someone showed me yesterday," she said while speaking about her career after her 1972 divorce from rock icon Elvis Presley.

Priscilla said that a recent Dallas cast reunion at the Burbank Marriott Convention Center on March 1 was the catalyst of the rumor, because she was in attendance along with Duffy and his partner Linda Purl, who Priscilla said Duffy is "in love with."

It's unclear what article Priscilla was referring to, but she made clear on Saturday night that she finds the rumors silly. "I’m going, 'This is unbelievable, really, this is so crazy,' " the Naked Gun star said at the Foxwoods event.

"I hadn’t seen him in a long time, and it was a great reunion," she added of the recent cast event. "Patrick told me how happy he was, and we talked to the audience and they had questions for us and that’s it."

Duffy and Priscilla played high school sweethearts Bobby Ewing and Jenna Wade for the six seasons that she starred on Dallas from 1983 to 1988. Jenna was the mother of Bobby's son Lucas.

On the Behind the Velvet Rope podcast in December 2023, Duffy said that when Priscilla joined the show, he was shocked that he was going to be working with "Elvis' Priscilla."

"It was unbelievable," he said of shooting their first scene together shortly after they met.

"It was another one of those gifts that...you're honored to receive in our business."
