PSNI appeal for help locating missing pensioner

UPDATE: John has been found safe and well.

Police in Newtownards are appealing for the public's help in locating a missing 84-year-old man.

John Agnew went missing from the Blenheim Drive area of Newtownards this morning.

He was last seen wearing jeans, a blue shirt and a blue/green jacket.

In an appeal on social media, the PSNI said: "Appeal to help find John Agnew who has gone missing from Blenheim Drive area of Newtownards this morning.

"John is described as 84 years of age, wearing jeans, blue shirt and a blue / green jacket.

"If you can help, please contact police on 101 quoting reference 375 of 16/05/24."
