PSNI appeal for information after car taken during burglaries discovered burning in Ballymena

Police in Co Antrim are appealing for information after a car was found burning after two burglaries in Ballymena earlier this month.

The PSNI are asking the public for dashcam footage or anyone with information about the incident that happened on June 13 to come forward to help with the investigation.

A blue Volkswagon vehicle was found burning in the Raceview Road area of the town in the early hours of the morning after it was taken during the incident.

A spokesperson for the Police Service of Northern Ireland said: "Police are appealing for information in relation to two burglaries which occurred on 13/06/24 at approximately 0200 hours in the Woodland Grove Area of Ballymena.

"A blue VW CC was also taken in this incident and later discovered burning in the vicinity of the Raceview Road.

"If you believe you have any information in relation to this or DASH cam footage please contact 101 quoting serial 192 of 13/06/24."
