Councils across the Liverpool City Region have issued a series of public notices in the past seven days.

These are important documents keeping citizens across the local authority areas informed of their decision making. From planning applications, to bins, to parking, councils are duty bound to make a public record of their intentions.

LIVERPOOL

Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For The Grant Of A Premises Licence

Town and Country Planning Act 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (North West) (No.13) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of an eastern part width of Campbeltown Road and the whole of the unnamed footpath as leads off Campbeltown Road at Birkenhead, in the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral. This is to enable development as permitted by Wirral Council, under reference APP/22/00334.

The Church Commissioners have prepared a draft scheme providing for sale of the closed church building of Litherland (Bootle) St Andrew and the churchyard for use as a gymnasium and for purposes ancillary thereto.

A copy of the draft Scheme may be inspected at the Linacre Community Centre, The Linacre, 46 Linacre Lane, Bootle, L20 5AL.

You may also access the draft Scheme on the Commissioners’ website from the link to draft schemes online at wwwchurchofengland.org/consultation or obtain or inspect a copy during normal office hours at the Church Commissioners’ office by applying to Stephen Hughes.
