The Next in Fashion host revealed the couple were expecting their second child in April, sharing their excitement about "Ismail having a sibling".

Tan and Rob also welcomed their eldest son via surrogate back in July 2021. The couple waited until August to share the news with the world, with Tan explaining that baby Ismail "came 7 weeks early, so [was] in the NICU for 3 weeks".

The reality star was asked if welcoming a child via surrogacy had impacted his relationship with his son. He told TODAY at the time: "Just because I'm not female and didn't carry my baby and breastfeed my baby doesn't mean that I can't have a strong bond with my baby. He knows that we are the ones feeding him, we are the ones giving him sustenance."

Queer Eye season 7 is available to stream on Netflix now.
