R Kelly's girlfriend breaks down in tears as she accuses her parents of lying for money

One of R Kelly’s live-in girlfriends has broken down in tears in a TV interview, as she defended him against child sex abuse claims.

Azriel Clary, who was seated alongside another of R Kelly’s girlfriends, Joycelyn Savage, also accused her parents of lying about her situation, in order to make money.

In a shocking interview on US news show CBS This Morning, Kelly – real name Robert Sylvester Kelly – defended himself in his first televised interview since he was arrested on child sex abuse charges.

Speaking to CBS’ Gayle King, Kelly said he “didn’t do this stuff” and that he is “fighting for my f***ing life” in wake of the allegations.

He told Gayle King that he loves both Clary and Savage and that they’re his “girlfriends”. King questioned the large age gaps between the singer and his partners.

Kelly is 52, Savage is 23 and Clary is 21. Kelly defended himself by saying, “I don’t look at ‘much younger than me’,” he said. “I just look at legal.”

His girlfriends have now defended him in an interview with Gayle King.

At one point, Clary is bent over in her chair as she cries. Savage is seen rubbing her back to comfort her.

King asks: “Tell me Azriel, why you’re crying. Tell me.”

Clary says: “I’m crying because you guys don’t know the truth, you guys are believing some f***ing facade that our parents are saying.

“This is all f***ing lies for money and if you can’t see that then you’re ignorant and you’re stupid.”
