Craig Moore has given some insight into reported Rangers target Raphael Borges Rodrigues and has warned his former club that the young winger will have a lot of interest in his services this summer.

Philippe Clement is said to be an admirer of the 20-year-old winger, who has scored four goals and registered two assists for A-League side MacArthur this season. The Australia U23 international, who was born in the Netherlands before moving to New South Wales and then Brazil in his youth, is also a reported target of Coventry and Watford.

And former Light Blues centre back Moore, who won 53 caps for the Aussies and appeared in the 2006 World Cup, reckons a transfer battle could take place for Raphael's signature this summer. Speaking on Go Radio, he said:"He is a very interesting player. He was a part of the senior group at Melbourne City but wasn't getting enough minutes.

"As a young player he wanted to play and has had a very good season at MacArthur. This is a player who has been flagged up on a lot of clubs data, including some in the UK.

"He is a player who I certainly think can play first team football in Scotland and you have also got Championship clubs in England who are sniffing around for this player, such is the talent that he is showing. He is a left winger, a good size and is very direct.

"He has an Australian, Brazilian and Dutch background so it's all mixed in there. The boy is a decent talent and he'll be moving from MacArthur Bulls in the summer, there is no doubt about that. Where? time will tell."
