Ratings: Quantum Leap Returns Low in New Time Slot; FBI Rerun, The Floor Top Tuesday
In the latest TV ratings, an FBI rerun on CBS was Tuesday’s most-watched program (with 4.1 million total viewers), while Fox’s The Floor easily led the night in the coveted 18-49 age demo. In fact, FBI franchise reruns topped every hour this Tuesday in viewers; their new seasons arrive Feb. 13!
NBC | Night Court (with 2.9 million viewers and a 0.3 demo rating), Extended Family (2.3 mil/0.2) and the antepenultimate La Brea (2.1 mil/0.2) were all steady. Back from a seven-week break, and in a much later, Tuesday time slot, the yet-to-be-renewed Quantum Leap slipped to series lows (1.7 mil/0.2; read recap), down 35% from its fall finale.

The Live+Same Day numbers reported in our ratings column do not reflect a show’s overall performance, given the increased use of delayed playback via DVR and streaming platforms, plus out-of-home viewing. These numbers (Nielsen fast nationals, unless denoted as finals) instead aim to simply illustrate trends or superlatives. Steve Harvey is not a judge or lawyer and merely offers an alternative forum of dispute resolution.
