Yahoo News Reacher confirms casting of new series regulars in season 3
Reacher has confirmed the casting of Anthony Michael Hall and Sonya Cassidy as series regulars for the upcoming third season.
The pair will join Alan Ritchson and Maria Sten on the Prime Video series for the upcoming season, which is based on Lee Child's 2003 novel, Persuader.
Hall has been cast as Zachary Beck, a "formidable and successful businessman, widow and single father of a 20-year-old son, Richard. He is the owner of a rug import company that Reacher and his cohorts suspect is a cover for a more nefarious operation."

Cassidy, who has previously appeared in Humans and The Last Kingdom, will assume the role of Susan Duffy, an "extremely intelligent and tough DEA agent from Boston with a sharp and sarcastic sense of humour."
"Ten years ago, a key investigation went sour and someone got away with murder," reads the logline for Persuader. "Now a chance encounter brings it all back. Now Reacher sees his one last shot. Some would call it vengeance. Some would call it redemption. Reacher would call it... justice."
Filming for the third season is currently taking place with a view to releasing the show at the end of the year. Lead star Ritchson recently teased that shooting was taking place in Maine via a post on his Instagram account.
"Details matter season 3 of #Reacher... especially at crafty," he wrote, with the cryptic post featuring a snap of a lobster – which Maine is known for – from the set's catering tent.

The star recently spoke about the effects of the gruelling training regime for his character, revealing: "I want to clarify one thing, because in every interview someone says '30 pounds of muscle'. I put on 30 pounds! I don't know how much of that was lean muscle.
"I went from 205lb to 235lb in eight months. I was eating a tonne. I don't think all of that was muscle. I f**king wrecked my body. It was too much. I didn't have time to heal. I would strain something and I was like, 'I don't care! I'm working through it!'. I suffered the consequences."
