Recreation Park Burns as Shelling Reported in Kharkiv

A woman was injured and an amusement park was ablaze as strikes hit central Kharkiv, Ukraine, on May 3, the regional State Emergency Service said.

Footage posted on the State Emergency Service Facebook page on Tuesday shows firefighters working to put out flames in the Maxim Gorky Central Park in Kharkiv.

The service said on Facebook that garages, commercial buildings and children’s attractions caught fire following strikes shortly after 1 pm local time.
