The Red Arrows will be performing its 60th-anniversary display in Lincolnshire this weekend in honour of Armed Forces Day. Whilst the day falls on Saturday, June 29, the event will be held over the whole weekend in Cleethorpes due to the large number of visitors expected.

Previous years have seen more than 200,000 visitors, and 2024 is expected to exceed this due to it being the 60th anniversary of the Red Arrows. On Friday, June 28, there will be live music and a carnival parade, whereas on Saturday there will be events from 10am to 11:30pm, including a military parade with bands, an air display, military ground assets culminating and a full firework display.

This includes the Red Arrows 60th Anniversary display from 4:20pm until 4:45pm. There will also be an RAF Typhoon display at 12:45pm and an RAF Tutor display at 2:50pm.

There will also be a large air display on Sunday from 11am, with military ground assets, markets, community activities and entertainment across the whole of the seafront.
