Reese Witherspoon and ex-husband must take a parenting class

Actress Reese Witherspoon and her ex husband, talent agent Jim Toth, are required to take a parenting class together as part of their divorce proceedings. Witherspoon filed for divorce in Nashville, where the couple lived with their 10-year old son Tennessee, and her children Ava and Deacon from her previous marriage. As per county regulations, any divorce case involving a child requires the spouses to attend a mandatory parenting class and submit a permanent parenting plan to the judge. The former couple cites irreconcilable differences for their split and has had a prenuptial agreement in place since 2011. Sources claim that they have been growing apart for over a year and have sold off co-owned properties and businesses to simplify asset division.
