Rita Ora has said her life “feels like a Disney movie” after securing a role in the upcoming Beauty and The Beast prequel series.

The delighted singer shared the exciting news with fans on Monday as she posted a series of sweet childhood photos in which she was dressed as the main character, Belle.

Though the 31-year-old won’t be playing the iconic Disney princess in the new Disney Plus limited musical series, she will star alongside Luke Evans’ Gaston and Josh Gad’s LeFou.

“I can’t keep the secret any longer! I’m beyond excited to be joining the cast of the Beauty and the Beast prequel series!” she stated in the caption. “As a child, I remember watching Beauty and the Beast with my family over and over and immediately falling in love with the music and characters.”

The 'I Will Never Let You Down' singer added: “Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined joining this fairytale world. To everyone that helped make this happen, I am forever grateful.”

She then concluded the message by stating: “Lately I just feel like all my dreams are coming true! Life is feeling like a Disney movie!”

The hitmaker’s joy about landing her biggest acting role to date was clear to see as she posted pictures of herself smiling in front of a TV displaying the Disney logo. Ora previously acted in the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy, boxing movie Southpaw, Pokemon Detective Pikachu, and 2021's Twist.

Set in the world of Beauty And The Beast, the yet-to-be-named series will explore his character's origins as well as those of his beloved Gaston.
