Roads Flooded in Bay Area Ahead of Atmospheric River

Several roads were closed in Tracy, California, on Sunday, March 12, ahead of a forecast atmospheric river, due to hit the area on Monday.

Footage by the California Highway Patrol in Tracy, east of San Francisco, shows flooding on Bird Road.

The force said several roads had been closed by flooding in Tracy on Sunday.
