Rob Kardashian has filed an assault and battery lawsuit against Blac Chyna

The Kardashian sisters have barely been out of the headlines for the past week, with the media going into a tizzy when both Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian were reported to be pregnant with their first babies within days of each other.

Neither pregnancy has been confirmed or denied, despite the famous family speaking out with regard to the rumours surrounding them, and now the only boy in the family, 30-year-old Rob Kardashian, has caused his own media frenzy.

The sock designer has filed a lawsuit against his ex-fiancee Blac Chyna for alleged assault, battery and vandalism, with the pair being embroiled in a bitter feud ever since they split in December last year.

The pair have 11-month-old daughter Dream together.

Chyna was granted a restraining order after Rob posted explicit images of her online back in July, and now Rob has hit back with a lawsuit of his own.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the reality star alleges that Chyna punched him in the face and tried to strangle him with an iPhone cable during an altercation on December 14 2016.

He also claims that Chyna caused $100,000 worth of damage to the house he was renting from his half-sister, Kylie Jenner – including smashing a TV, breaking down doors and kicking in walls in a “drugs and alcohol fuelled” rampage.

Rob previously accused Chyna of being unfaithful, also alleging on social media that she had used drugs during their relationship.

Rob and Chyna previously settled on a custody agreement over their daughter, but Rob must keep 100 yards away from Chyna at all times.

Chyna’s attorney, Lisa Bloom, previously said of the custody case: “We are attempting to work out an amicable resolution of all issues. If that fails, we will go forward with the hearing on September 18 so that the court will impose long-term consequences on Mr. Kardashian for his vicious online attacks on Blac Chyna.”
