Rod Stewart's Wife Penny Lancaster Shares Intimate Photo from Stepson Liam's Wedding: 'Their Love Is on Fire'

Penny Lancaster is sharing a special candid moment she captured at Liam Stewart's wedding.

Liam, 29 — who is the son of Lancaster's musician husband, Rod Stewart, and Rachel Hunter — tied the knot with Nicole Artukovich in Dubrovnik, Croatia, on Friday, May 31. The day after the nuptials, Lancaster posted an intimate photo of the newlyweds at their reception dinner as she reflected on the occasion.

Alongside the photo, which shows Liam and his bride embracing with their foreheads touching, Lancaster wrote: "Their love is on fire, their light shines so 🌟 bright. I captured this moment that doesn’t need words."

"Congratulations you love birds, I’m honoured to have been a part of your beautiful celebrations 💗 @nicoleartukovich @discostew94 💒," she added.

In a second post, Lancaster shared a rare photo of Rod posing with all eight of his children — along with other family members, including Hunter, 54 — at the wedding ceremony. The "Rhythm of My Heart" singer is dad to Liam, Sarah, Kimberly, Sean, Ruby, Renee, Alastair Wallace and Aiden Patrick.

"Magical day, filling our hearts with love and pride in celebrating the marriage of our Liam and Nicole 💗 @discostew94 @nicoleartukovich," Lancaster wrote in the post's caption.

Rod shared the same family photo on his own Instagram on Sunday, writing: "I’m immensely proud to have witnessed the beautiful wedding ceremony of my son Liam to his bride Nicole. What a wonderful union of The Stewart’s and The Artukovich’s.

"May they continue to find joy, love and laughter for as long as they may live and produce many more baby’s [SIC] to join their little 1 year old boy, Louie," he added, referring to the son whom Liam and Artukovich welcomed together last May.

Rod also posted a photo on his Instagram Stories of himself with four of his sons, with the caption: "So happy to be surrounded by my sons this special weekend."

The newlyweds — who announced their engagement in July 2023 — said "I do" at Dubrovnik's St. Ignatius Church, and were then escorted down the church's stone steps by a bagpiper as guests tossed flower petals.

On the eve of the wedding, Liam, who is a hockey player, and Artukovich hosted a seaside cocktail party at the Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik. The groom shared photos from the celebratory gathering, including a snap with his famous father, taken by sister Ruby.

Liam also shared a video on his Instagram Stories of guests dancing while he sang and sprayed drinks into the air.
