Royals, a Tiara and a Bit of Wind! See the Best Photos of the Duke and Duchess of Westminster's Wedding

The Duke of Westminster has found his Duchess!
Hugh Grosvenor, 33, married Olivia Henson, 31, at Chester Cathedral in northern England on June 7. Among the 400 guests at the British high-society wedding of the year were some of the Duke of Westminster's royal family connections: Prince William, who served as an usher, and Princess Eugenie.
Hugh, who became the Duke of Westminster when his father died in 2016, was long considered to be one of Britain's most eligible bachelors before getting engaged to Olivia in 2023, with his family's estimated net worth of $12.8 billion making him the richest person in the U.K. under age 40 and the 14th wealthiest overall, according to The Sunday Times' Rich List 2024.

Excitement in the Air
The scene outside Chester Cathedral, located near the groom's family's 11,000-acre ancestral seat of Eaton Hall, was buzzing on the morning of the wedding, which was dubbed "the most royal non-royal wedding of the year" by The Times.
Prince William Arrives Early for Duty
Kicking off the royal arrivals was Prince William, a close friend of the groom. The Prince of Wales was among the first attendees as he was acting as an usher for the ceremony. He made a low-key arrival with other guests in a Sprinter van and quietly entered the church through a side entrance.

Windy Wedding
The bride's arrival took a dramatic turn thanks to the windy weather. A woman in purple held onto Olivia's stunning 6-foot dress train and waterfall veil, preventing any potential wardrobe malfuctions.
Gone with the Wind
The moment was reminiscent of Princess Eugenie's 2018 wedding at St. George's Chapel in Windsor Castle, where guests had to hold onto their hats to prevent the wind from taking them!
Father and Daughter
Olivia's bridal bouquet featured flowers picked from the gardens of Eaton Hall, the Grosvenor family’s estate, including meadow grass, ox-eye daisies, iris, rose, clematis, mock orange, scabious, sweet pea, astrantia, martagon lily and love in a mist.
The Beautiful Bride
The bride wore a wedding dress and veil by British bridal designer Emma Victoria Payne featuring hand-drawn embroidery that nodded to her great-great-grandmother’s veil from around 1880.
She topped off her bridal look with the Faberge Myrtle Leaf Tiara, which was made for Grosvenor brides and has been in the Grosvenor family since its creation in 1906.
