Rugby Fans Crowd Surf on Edinburgh's Royal Mile
A group of rugby fans brought a rather unusual form of entertainment to Edinburgh’s Royal Mile on Saturday, February 10, when they made an impromptu crowd surfing line.
A clip shared to Twitter by Edinburgh resident Mark Pentler shows a group of men, who Pentler says are French rugby fans, creating a ‘rock the boat’ and prompting passersby to jump on top and crowd surf over the group.
The group even placed three traffic cones behind them to ensure an unsuspecting motorist wouldn’t try park where they were sat.
Pentler’s clip had earned over 300,000 views at the time of writing. Credit: Mark Pentler via Storyful
