Rylan Clark has warned 'she better watch out' as he hilariously declared war with a BBC soap character. The BBC Radio 2 star had a brilliant response to being name-checked in the latest episode of EastEnders on Wednesday (June 19) as it appeared on iPlayer.

In the scenes, Stevie Mitchell had teamed up with Mo Harris, with soap legend Laila Morse reprising her role in the BBC One soap, to flog some toasters and try and raise money to pay Will Mitchel's blackmail.

Outside in the square, Mo attempted to increase sales by mentioning that 'Rylan off the telly' had one exactly the same, adding: "And he knows good quality!"

Seeing the funny side and an opportunity to respond, Rylan shared the clip of the scene in which he was mentioned before stitching a video in which he could be seen in his own Essex pad. He was seen, clad in a sports jersey, walking over to the side where a toaster was waiting.

The 35-year-old could be seen trying to pop the toaster switch down in order to have some breakfast, but the household item failed. Disgruntled, he called out to Mo and walked away. Sharing the video on Instagram, Rylan warned: "She better watch out next time I’m in Walford @bbceastenders."

And fans were loving his hot take on his name being dropped in Albert Square. @christineburtschnauzers said: "Brilliant You know when you’ve made it when they mention you on #Eastenders. With that acting they’re coming for you @rylan." @jodiebtilley commented: "Love this!!!"

It comes after Rylan took his fans by surprise as he shared one of the ways he keeps his skin in tip-top condition. The TV and radio presenter took to social media with a selfie in which he could seemingly be seen using a bright red product across his face, missing out his jet black beard.

He took the product right up to his hairline and looked straight into the camera as he took the selfie, in which he could be seen sporting a bit of a tan on his shirtless torso. Captioning the post, Rylan simply wrote: "Maintenance," with his fans and followers knowing he likes to keep himself looking his best, whether that be with his skincare or his clothes.

Ruth Langsford was among his pals to respond, writing: "You’ll be starting a trend!" But it caused alarm among some who couldn't work out if it was actually the 35-year-old's blood on his face. Others, however, were completely distracted by Rylan's gaze.
