Don't worry guys, Girls Aloud haven't fallen out, according to Sarah Harding's best friend.

Earlier this week, Sarah revealed in the Celebrity Big Brother house that she hasn't spoken to her former bandmates recently.

"I haven't seen any of them for a long time," she explained. "We've got our own lives going on. We've got our own things."

Sarah also hinted at a falling out between her and Nicola Roberts, but even though they've lost contact, there's no bad blood apparently.

"She didn't mean anything by that, but she wasn't as close to Nicola as she was the other girls. There's been no fall-out," Sarah's BFF Michelle Vince told New! Magazine, before she was asked why only Nadine Coyle has supported Sarah so far.

"I think Kimberley [Walsh] has too," she noted. "I don't know Nicola and Cheryl's reasons for not, but she would love to have all of the girls' support."

As well as her ongoing relationship drama with Chad Johnson, Sarah got into hot water with Fifth Harmony fans earlier this week when she called the group "slutty", and it seems Nicola might have taken offence to it too.

A cryptic Instagram post saw Nicola share an image of herself wearing a cap with the words "women in music are dangerously underestimated" and the caption: "And that's why we have to support each other."

It might have been unrelated, but it hasn't stopped her followers questioning the meaning behind the post.

Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight (August 16) at 9pm on Channel 5.
