Sarah Jessica Parker's been out delivering shoes for her brand's new delivery service

In a move that would make Carrie Bradshaw proud, Sarah Jessica Parker was out on the streets of Manhattan dropping off shoes to customers of her SJP shoe brand on Wednesday (5 August).

Posting to her own Instagram in the morning, the actress turned major business woman shared that she was in the store and ready to help alongside the store associates.

Telling followers: "I’m back in store today...As always, I’m here to help at 31 West 54th Street, as are Kathy and Angela."

Before revealing she'd be doing even more than working in the store that day.

Writing: "Starting today we are offering same day delivery in NYC from the boutique. Call for any and all details. (I’m headed downtown around 3pm or 4pm and can personally drop off any deliveries that way.)"

This delighted customer had the rather surreal experience of having her order delivered by SJP herself! Wearing a mask and at 6ft away of course.

Sarah Jessica took to Instagram later in the day to say what a great time she'd had.

Writing: "It was a lovely day. So nice to be in the shop with our customers (safely, 6 feet apart and with a mask!) and to speak to all those who called the boutique with questions and orders."

She also spoke about some of the other ways the Boutique is adapting for Covid19, adding: "We will continue to offer same day Manhattan delivery, as well as offering virtual sales appointments for anyone who isn’t in New York or may not yet feel safe visiting us in store."

Even in a pandemic she's out, boots on the ground, making sure the people of Manhattan are wearing gorgeous shoes. The spirit of Carrie lives on in SJP.
