Satellite Imagery Captures 'Powerful Storm System' Approaching US West Coast

A satellite captured imagery of a “powerful storm system” approaching the west coast of the United States on Wednesday, January 4, the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Atmosphere (CIRA) said.

This imagery showing the system was released by CIRA, which operates in partnership with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
