Scarborough and Whitby General Election 2024 results in full

Alongside the rest of the UK, the Scarborough and Whitby region is seeing an election held to determine the constituency's next MP.

In the coastal Scarborough and Whitby region, a number of candidates from a variety of political parties have made the decision to stand for election. The votes are now all being calculated.

This also marks the first election since constituency boundaries were redrawn, meaning some people will find themselves within new seats with new elected representatives.

Now, the votes are being counted up and the results of the election are being counted up throughout the night of Thursday, July 4 into the morning of Friday, July 5, and most should be known by the morning. Some may take longer, but all should be known by the end of the day.
