'So Scary': 'Massive' Damage as Tornado Rips Through City in Texas

The City of Temple, Texas, issued an emergency declaration on May 22 after a damaging tornado swept through.

The city said emergency services were prioritizing “life-saving” calls and that roads were “dangerous, closed, or impassible.”
