Secondary school in Taunton named best in Europe

A school in Taunton has been declared the best secondary school in Europe by a network of education agents. Taunton School and Taunton School International won the accolade at the annual StudyTravel Secondary School Awards on Friday, April 19.

Staff at the school, which won over St Clare’s in Oxford and Saint Denis International School in France, were delighted by the result. Adrian Hallworth, Taunton School International Principal, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have received the StudyTravel award for Best Secondary School in Europe 2024!

“The fact that this is voted for by educational agents who visit countless schools around the world makes it even more special. We are extremely proud of the education and experience we offer at Taunton School and we couldn’t be happier that our hard work has been recognised in this way.”
