See Rare Photos Of How Jade Goody’s Sons Look Seven Years After Her Cancer Death

She famously passed away on Mother’s Day 2009.

Jade Goody’s ex Jeff Brazier has marked the anniversary of her death from cervical cancer by releasing new pictures of how her sons look now.

Big Brother star Jade was in a relationship with Jeff from 2002 to 2004 and those in charge of a Jade Goody memorial page were asked to provide pictures of how the couple’s boys Bobbie and Freddie had grown up.

Jeff agreed fans could have a rare look at the boys and passed on snaps of 11-year-old Freddie and Bobby, 12.

The snaps of the boys, who bear a striking resemblance to Jeff and Jade, were posted on the Facebook page along with a photo of the lads when they were a lot smaller playing with mum Jade, below.

A note on the memorial page read: ‘We get hundreds of questions every week asking how Bobby and Freddy are, and what they both look like now. I have spoken to Jeff (the boys’ dad) and he has given me his permission to share with you a recent picture of the boys and with it being Mother’s Day, it seemed the perfect time. Jade would be so proud of them both and I am sure you will agree they are both beautiful young men.’

Jeff revealed he and the boys had acknowledged the occasion with a trip to the pier.

He tweeted on Mother’s Day: ‘Paid our respects, had fun on pier and ate large burgers. Today went well thanks to the courage and maturity of our boys.’

A note on the Jade Good memorial page where he allowed photos of their sons to be posted now reads it has attracted 30,000 more likes since they were uploaded.

Jade was just 29 when she died following a battle with cervical cancer on March 22, 2009 – prompting a nationwide spike in checks for the disease.

TV presenter Jeff, 36, has cared for his two boys alone since her death.

He told MailOnline last year his life as a single parent includes mourning Jade with his sons each year.

Jeff added: “We visit her grave most months and we talk about her more than ever at the moment. We’ve been going through their memory boxes and looking at pictures ands magazine articles they haven’t seen before or can’t remember seeing.”

Weeks before her death, Jade walked down the aisle when she got married to Jack Tweed.

Jack, 29, last paid tribute to the former reality TV star on February 22 – what would have been their seventh wedding anniversary – by sharing a picture online of their big day and writing: ‘Married this angel 7 years ago today.’

Jade died while asleep in her Essex family home, exactly one month after marrying Jack who had been in and out of prison during their relationship, which started in 2006.
