Only Murders In The Building star Selena Gomez's new documentary My Mind & Me has released its first trailer.

The AppleTV+ film will span six years of Gomez's life and explore her experiences with mental health, lupus and a kidney transplant.

Selena has been vocal about her mental and physical health struggles in the past and, in 2015, she announced that she had been diagnosed with lupus, which is an incurable condition that impacts the immune system. Then, two years later in 2017, she underwent a life-saving kidney transplant.

Gomez has also been open about being diagnosed with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.

"Be who you are, Selena, no one cares about what you're doing. It's about who I am. Being OK with where I am. I am grateful to be alive," she says in the newly-released trailer.

"Let me make a promise. I am going to stop living like this. How do I learn how to breathe my own breath again?"

The highly-anticipated documentary is directed and produced by Alek Keshishian, known for being behind Madonna's critically acclaimed Truth or Dare documentary.

"I had no interest in making a traditional pop doc," the director said in a statement. "I wanted to show something more authentic and Selena did, too. She has a raw vulnerability that captured me… I had no idea then that it would become a six-year labour of love."

Meanwhile, according to Deadline, Selena is in final negotiations to be part of a reboot of the 80s classic Working Girl. Little is currently known about the project aside from that Disney+'s Diary of a Future President writer Ilana Pena is adapting the screenplay.

Elsewhere, Gomez is currently starring as true crime podcaster Mabel in Only Murders In The Building, alongside Steve Martin and Martin Short.

My Mind & Me will be released worldwide on November 4 on Apple TV+. Only Murders in the Building season 2 is streaming on Disney+ in the UK and Hulu in the US.
