Several Injured in Large Fire in Old Montreal

Several people were injured in a major fire that broke out in Old Montreal early on Thursday, March 16, according to local news reports.

The Montreal Fire Department said the fire, which broke out on Rue du Port, was under control.

CBC reported that 12 people were treated for injuries, 10 of whom were transported to hospital.

According to local news, more than 120 firefighters were deployed to tackle the blaze.
