Yahoo News Shameless’ Tina Malone “overwhelmed” with support following husband’s death
Shameless star Tina Malone has expressed her gratitude for the support received after her husband Paul Chase's death, (via The Mirror).
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, the actress posted a sweet message thanking everyone for their kindness during such a difficult time.
"I am totally overwhelmed at the cards, flowers, messages, calls, txts, emails iV received from friends, family, colleagues, Paul's army brothers, it's a great comfort for us, I will reply to everyone soon as I am able to, the support and kindness on here has deeply touched me too xx," she wrote.

Malone was met with further support and well wishes in the comment section, as one fan replied: "Take all the support offered and if needed just ask for help, I found people (including strangers) incredibly kind and helpful."
"Tina, I am so sorry for your loss. Myself and a friend have suffered a similar losses in 2019/2020 when our kids fathers died from military related PTSD. You aren't alone, we will be here for you should you want some support. Sending love," said another.
Others echoed those sentiments, adding: "So sorry for your loss x" and "Take each day at a time Tina xx"

Malone, who is best known for her role as Mimi Maguire in Shameless, shared the tragic news of Chase's death on March 13.
"It is with total heartbreak I write this. My husband Paul Chase Malone passed away this morning. We are totally devastated," she shared in a post via X.
After announcing the news, Malone was inundated with condolences, even from strangers. One person kindly replied: "I'm so sorry for your loss Tina. I don't know you or the man you clearly loved with all your heart, but my heart breaks for you as I can only imagine how truly devastating it would feel if the man I love with all my heart passed away as he inevitably will."
Chase and Malone married in 2010 and welcomed their daughter in 2013. Despite separating briefly in 2019, they reunited a few months later and recently celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary together.
