There’s an old adage that says you should never work with children or animals.

And BBC correspondent Conor Macauley will agree with that -– after an abandoned lamb decided to relieve herself on the presenter’s leg earlier this week.

Mr Macauley, BBC Northern Ireland’s Agriculture and Environment correspondent, was reporting on the adoption of abandoned lamb Button, during a trailer for the show Newsline, when nature decided to call.

Button decided to seize her moment in the spotlight – and emptied her bladder straight over Mr Macauley’s trouser leg.

Ever the pro, Macauley then impressively carries on the report with a straight face – despite the fact that the rest of the crew are reduced to fits of hysterics in the background.

As for Button, she’s totally aware of what she’s just done.

Look at her face! No shame whatsoever
