Snow Engulfs House in Truckee, California

Snow surrounded a house in Truckee, California, on Sunday, March 5, as the National Weather Service (NWS) warned of high avalanche danger.

This footage from Susan Safipour shows snow piled up over the bridge to her house, which she said is 10 feet high, and on top of the roof.

“In 20 years, never seen that before,” she wrote in her caption.
