Spencer Matthews says he has been sober for seven months

The star said the last 12 months have been a 'complete game changer'.

Spencer Matthews has said he feels like the “best version” of himself as he celebrated seven months of being sober.

The reality TV star revealed last year that he was leaving partying behind as he awaited the birth of his first child with wife Vogue Williams.

He has now posted a picture on Instagram showing him looking fit and healthy in nothing but a part of shorts, writing: “Been sober 7 months now and cannot begin to explain the difference in my life…

“2018 for me was a complete game changer and I now feel like the best version of myself. Happy, active, busy and focused.

“Being the best husband to @voguewilliamsand the best father to Theodore is priority number one and always will be.”

Matthews married model Williams in June 2018, and the pair welcomed their son Theodore in September.
