'Has Spring Been Kidnapped?': Fluffy Snow Falls in Portland Metro Area

Snow flurries fell across parts of the Portland, Oregon on Friday, March 24, as winter weather continued to hang on in the region.

The National Weather Service said heavier showers were producing “periods of snow, rain, and everything in between” and urged people to stay dry.
