Spring Snow Falls Overnight in Nevada's Tahoe Region

Several inches of snow fell in parts of Nevada’s Lake Tahoe Basin overnight into May 2, with more on the way, the National Weather Service (NWS) warned.

Video posted by a Washoe County Sheriff’s Office substation shows snow falling in Incline Village on Tahoe’s north shore.

“Please drive with care and allow extra time to get to your destination this morning,” the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office urged on Tuesday.
