Stacey Solomon candid about motherhood as she tells fans: 'You are not alone'

Stacey Solomon has admitted she feels "absolutely f*****" all the time despite looking as if she is coping brilliantly as a mum of five.

The Loose Women star welcomed fifth child Belle - her third baby with husband Joe Swash - in February and has been keeping fans updated on Instagram.

But when one of her followers mentioned that the star always seemed to have everything together, she insisted that wasn't the case.

Opening up in a video, Solomon told other new mums: "You are not alone!"

She went on: "Public service announcement for anyone who has ever felt like, 'Oh my gosh it looks like they’ve got their s*** together'.

"And I really haven’t.

"Please don’t feel like that.

"You are doing an incredible job. And I know it looks like I’ve just gone straight back to normal as if I never gave birth.

"It feels like it I’m honest but it is only because of the whole, sleep when she sleeps, make sure you take time to rest and recover, don’t do anything too quickly goes all out of the window when you’ve got a one-year-old!"

The TV star, 33, went on: "I just want you to know, don’t ever underestimate the fact that it’s incredible this age gap – three, one and zero.

"I’m so grateful to have three young babies that I can raise together and grow up together and I am honestly so grateful.

"But I can assure you that 100% of the time I feel absolutely f*****!"

Solomon is mum to sons Zachary, 14, and Leighton, 10, who are from previous relationships.

As well as Belle, she and Swash share one-year-old Rose and three-year-old son Rex.
