Stacey Solomon confirms she and Joe Swash will marry in their garden

Stacey Solomon has confirmed she and fiancé Joe Swash will tie the knot in their own garden.

It comes after the pair, who got engaged in December, recently moved to a plush Essex pad which boasts a huge outdoor space.

Writing on her Instagram Stories on Sunday, Solomon, 31, said: "So after lots of thinking, wondering, phone calls and then crazy rearranging we were so excited to hear tonight that we can definitely have our wedding ceremony at home."

In a short video, the mother-of-three showed off their long walkway made out of wooden arches, which is reached by a gate baring a sign for "Woodland Walk", as well as an open barn.

"We are having a little ready minute walking around the garden with the boys thinking where things might be.

"We are thinking walking down woodland walk for our vows and then a reception in this old barn. I honestly can not wait to hear your advise, you wedding stories and share this whole adventure with you all." (sic)

She revealed on Lorraine last week that they had set the wheels in motion to try to marry at home but that they were not sure if they could obtain the licence to do so.

Swash proposed to Solomon on Christmas Eve during a walk in the woods near their former residence.

The Loose Women panellist has shared much of her new home with her Instagram followers as she's set about transforming the impressive property and grounds, which has a replica Wendy house and an outdoor swimming pool.

She moved to the home she calls "Pickle Cottage" last month with Swash, their one-year-old son Rex, and her two elder boys Zachary, 13, and Leighton, eight, from previous relationships.
