Stacey Solomon left emotional over 'happiness' brought to her children in sweet update

Stacey Solomon was left emotional as she recognised the 'happiness' an addition to her family home has had on her children. The Loose Women star and her husband Joe Swash live with their family in their gorgeous Essex home dubbed Pickle Cottage,

As fans of Stacey, 34, will know, she shares three young children - Rex, four, Rose, two, and one-year-old Belle with former EastEnders star Joe. Meanwhile, Stacey also has a 15-year-old son named Zachary and an 11-year-old son named Leighton who she shares with former partners while Joe is also dad to teenage son Harry.

And Stacey regularly shares updates on Instagram about the large family as well as her work life, DIY projects and everything else in between.

Last week, the mum-of-five appeared emotional as she watched her son, Rex, in the sprawling garden on their home. In the video shared with her more than five million followers on her Instagram Story, Rex could be seen tending to the vegetable patch the pair had set up together at Pickle Cottage.

"Every single day, as soon as he gets home from school, he checks the veggie patch," Stacey explained with a crying face emoji. alongside the clip of Rex using a watering can to water the soil. "He can barely carry the watering can be he makes it happen," she added alongside a single tear emoji and a crying laughing emoji.

And now, Stacey has shared a further update on the family's growing crops and was again seemingly left emotional about what the time spent tending to the garden together means to her children.

Alongside a video of the vegetable patch, Stacey was heard saying there was 'breaking news' as she discovered some radishes were now ready to pick. "I've never been so excited in all my life to see the top of a radish," the excited Sort Your Life Out host could be heard saying.

She then shared another video of her watering her her flower beds and veggie patch under the spring sunshine while daughter Belle also watched and tried to get involved. "Upgrades and updates to the patch," Stacey typed alongside the clip. "I moved my chive plant into the patch and it's SO happy. The flowers are delicious on salad and I have built a little frame to grow some peas up.

"Also, Belle has learnt how to say flower [crying emoji]. Growing veggies is just the most special thing. I've enjoyed it so much. What a feeling of accomplishment! And the happiness it's brought the pickles [her children] is just magic," she added with a face holding back tears emoji.
