Reason #1599 to love Loose Women's Stacey Solomon...

The 28-year-old TV star has shared an untouched bikini photo on Instagram, and added the body positive message: "Nature = the prettiest backgrounds.

"No filter needed. Loving my extra fold over tummy lines this year, they look like a six pack wahoo! Winning! Happy hump day."

Stacey – who has been holidaying with her two young sons – was praised by her loyal fans for encouraging body confidence, with one adding: "I love your confidence and happy nature! True inspiration to all females."

Another wrote: "You look amazing… This is what us women look life in real life. You don't need no filter to cover your lines."

The former X Factor star is renowned for her down-to-earth attitude and for keeping it real for her social media followers, previously taking part in a photoshoot that highlighted the differences in images before and after being Photoshopped.

She underlined how problematic airbrushing can be, as it sets unattainable standards for women.

"All bodies should be celebrated no matter what shape or size," Stacey wrote. "I look better UN airbrushed in my opinion and love my natural lumps and bumps!"

She also shared another bikini pic with one of her boys earlier this year, and captioned it: "Normal bodies rule. Happy Monday... if you need some realistic motivation #Nofilter#PerfectlyImperfect #WeAreBeautuful#mondaymotivation."

In an Instagram clip sharing her message of self-love, she said: "You're all perfectly imperfect and unique and beautiful. "I thought I'd make a little holiday video celebrating my society labelled 'imperfections' because actually I love them, they're part of me, and they have their uses!"
