Stockeld Park named best family attraction in UK 2024

Nestled in the woodlands of a 2,000 acre estate at the heart of Yorkshire, Stockeld Park is a beloved day out for kids and parents up and down the county.

The park has been the home of the Grant family for more than 150 years, but its large estate is open to the public on every school holiday and many weekends throughout the year, offering more than a dash of adventure and family fun.

The park’s Enchanted Forest is packed with adventure, offering enough to keep even the most active kid occupied: there is the Tangle Tree Climb, a netted adventure play area; the huge sandpit at Woodsands Cove; or Teepee Encampment playground.
