Stormy Conditions at Daytona Beach as Hurricane Dorian Looms

Some residents in Daytona Beach, Florida, ventured down to the seafront on Tuesday, September 3, for one last look at the water’s edge, before either evacuating or seeking shelter ahead of the arrival of Hurricane Dorian.

Daytona Beach strand was hardly visible under the storm surges, as Dorian hovered near the Florida coast, moving at a slow pace.

Mandatory evacuation orders were in place in several areas across Florida, including Martin County and Palm Beach County.
