Strictly Halloween Week: Songs and dances revealed
Get ready for one of Strictly fans' favourite theme weeks.
Strictly Come Dancing is one couple down this weekend, after Amanda Abbington quit the show saying she was "unable to continue".
The actor had missed last week's live show with Giovanni Pernice for "medical reasons" but has now bowed out completely for personal reasons - leaving 10 couples still on the call sheet for Saturday night.
Strictly's remaining contestants are gearing up for one of the highlights of any series as the Halloween theme week sees the wardrobe and make-up departments pull out all the stops for some spooky routines.
Now, the Halloween Week songs and dances have been confirmed, although it still isn't known yet whether there will be an elimination this weekend or if week six is just for entertainment.
Contest leaders Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin will be hoping to go one better on their almost perfect score of 39 points last weekend, this time with a Tango to Vampire by Olivia Rodrigo.
They won't be the only couple taking on the Tango, as tennis player Annabel Croft and her partner Johannes Radebe will also perform the dance to INXS hit Need U Tonight.
Meanwhile, Adam Thomas and his partner Luba Mushtuk have something a little gentler planned with an American Smooth to Magic Moments by Perry Como.
Also going for ballroom are Krishnan Guru-Murthy and Lauren Oakley, who are training for a Viennese Waltz to Seal's Kiss From A Rose.
Two couples will be getting in touch with their fun side for Halloween Charlestons - Angela Rippon and Kai Widdrington will perform to the Murder She Wrote TV theme tune, while dance off survivors Zara McDermott and Graziano Di Prima will dance to Jeepers Creepers by Al Donahue.
Viewers can also look forward to two Cha Chas on Saturday - EastEnders star Bobby Brazier and his partner Dianne Buswell will dance to Come-On-A-My-House by Della Reese and Nigel Harman and Katya Jones will perform to I Was Made For Lovin’ You by KISS.
Another competition favourite, ex-Corrie star Ellie Leach and her partner Vito Coppola, look like they'll be giving a nod to head judge Shirley Ballas' debut novel Murder On The Dancefloor as they Salsa to Sophie Ellis-Bextor's song of the same name.
Completing Saturday's line-up, TV presenter Angela Scanlon and her partner Carlos Gu will perform a Paso Doble to BLACK swan SWAN lake by District 78.
Last Saturday saw comedian Eddie Kadi and his partner Karen Hauer voted out of the competition after a dance off against McDermott and Di Prima.
It was both couples' second time in the dance off, but the judges opted to save McDermott for another week.
