Strictly Come Dancing viewers have been left ecstatic after Anton du Beke announced he will be continuing to tour with Giovanni Pernice, despite the dancer being axed from the BBC show.

The 57 year old, who previously worked with Giovanni on a travel show, will be joining him on his latest tour, the Mirror reports.

An Instagram post from Strictly Theatre Co read: "3! ! ! TOGETHER TOUR will be a mesmerising experience for all ages, showcasing the duo's incredible talents and irresistible chemistry on stage! www.antonandgiovanni.com".

Fans were quick to share their delight, with one writing: "Looking forward to seeing them! ! "

Another added: "Can't wait to see you both on Sunday in Dartford Kent ! Fully support Gio."

A third wrote: "See you in Southsea. Love them both" while a fourth echoed: "You're both the best."

The news comes after Giovanni has faced intense scrutiny following several allegations about his behaviour in rehearsals.

Three people, including Sherlock star Amanda Abbington and presenter Laura Whitmore, who were partnered with Giovanni on the show, have come forward with allegations about his training techniques.

However, the dancer has strongly denied all of these claims.

Earlier this month, the BBC confirmed that Giovanni had not been listed to appear on this year's show amid the shocking claims and investigation.

This comes after a leaked memo emerged back in May that showed Giovanni hadn't been included on the roster of professional dancers to appear on this year's line-up.

But it seems that the Italian star has a few things in the pipeline to distract him from being dropped from the BBC show.

The dancer has set up two businesses: a candle business and his own fragrance. Last year, he released his own fragrance for men and women called VITA, which he has been promoting throughout the past six months.

The fragrances retails at £63.75 for 100ml. And the tagline for the heavily marketed scent is that it's the "new intoxicating scent from Giovanni Pernice which captures the sensuality, vitality and energy of Sicily."

The Italian dancer has launched a new £45 candle, promising to deliver "the unique fragrance experience of VITA to your home". This marks the second product from his venture GP VITA, which he registered in June 2023.

Official records from Companies House detail his business as specialising in the "retail sale of cosmetic and toilet articles in specialised stores", with Giovanni Pernice named alongside Nicholas Hill and Thomas Vogt-skard as directors.

However, this isn't Giovanni's sole business endeavour. In April, he also established Rock You Productions Ltd with Paul Irving, the producer behind his recent tour 'Let Me Entertain You' and tours for other Strictly celebrities.
