Strictly Come Dancing's Dianne Buswell has spoken about how "incredibly proud" she is as her new project is released.

The professional dancer is one of the many people who have contributed to the book Eating Disorders Don't Discriminate: Stories of Illness, Hope and Recovery from Diverse Voices, which was released today (February 21).

Sharing some photos of herself holding the book to her Instagram, Buswell wrote: "Incredibly proud to be apart of this wonderful book and hopefully by sharing our personal stories it will offer hope and encouragement to others."

Buswell also shared a quote of hers from the book, which reads: "There's nothing like talking about the illness and understanding yourself, and your relationship, in the process.

"I've learnt that the minute I stopped comparing, beautiful things happened."

At the end of last year, Buswell spoke about her relationship with her boyfriend, Joe Sugg, which has been going on for five years.

"Joe and I will often sit there, thinking it's crazy that it's been five years since we've been together, we're still amazed it all came from Strictly," she explained.

"We do wonder whether we'd have actually met if he hadn't been on the show, I wouldn't have got to know him! We still love to dance together. Joe loves ballroom and he's always trying to do it with me in the kitchen."

Buswell also touched on the couple's plans to expand their family, stating: "I think definitely for sure at one point we'll have children. It's something we'd both love, but we don't know when just yet. We always say our kids are going to watch YouTube videos of us dancing one day, and that's so cool!"
