Strictly Come Dancing champion Stacey Dooley and her baby daughter Minnie are best friends forever.

Six months on from welcoming the little bundle with her partner Kevin Clifton, who quit Strictly as a professional choreographer in 2020, Dooley has posted yet another adorable picture onto Instagram for her followers to enjoy.

"BFFs 4eva [pink bow emoji]," she captioned the post, which showed Minnie being cradled with a 'BFF' necklace dangling down her chest.

Dooley's comment section was soon bursting with responses, as many of the TV documentarian's fans felt nostalgic over their own kids.

Former Love Island star Zara McDermott shared "The best girl!!!" alongside a series of heart emojis, whilst a selection of fans said: "Her little necklace is so cute!" and "Good for you, you and Kevin seem to be enjoying every moment with your bundle of joy."

Another hilariously said: "So precious, I still feel the same though mine are 23 and 19!".

This comes after Minnie's famous mum and dad disagreed about her future prospects in the spotlight, specifically on the dancefloor, on screen in Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over: Family and Me.

"I don't want Minnie to dance," pointed out Clifton. "It's too competitive a world. I would rather she do something else, anything else."

Arguing back, Dooley went on to say: "I think she's going to have rhythm because, of course, Kev can dance. I would love her to dance."

Strictly Come Dancing will return to BBC One very soon, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
