Structures Destroyed as Anzar Fire Burns in Southern California

At least one structure was destroyed and evacuations ordered in San Benito County, California, due to the threat of the Anzar Fire on Thursday, July 21, local media reported.

Cal Fire said on Thursday evening that the fire, which started in the afternoon, covered 86 acres by 9 pm.

Local media reported that one structure and one garage were destroyed in the fire, but no one was injured.
