Suki Waterhouse Brings Music and Style to New Sonos Ace Headphones Campaign, Talks ‘Sleek’ Colorways for Accessorizing

Musician and actor Suki Waterhouse is the star of Sonos’ first headphones campaign, highlighting the Sonos Ace headphones. Waterhouse stars in campaign images and video featuring her song “My Fun,” which debuted in April.

The star brings her effervescent style and matches it with the sleek white headphones, which are also available in black. Sonos Ace headphones feature an active noise cancellation quality for complete audio immersion. The headphones also feature an Aware mode, so the wearer can better pay attention to their surroundings, and 30 hours of battery life and Bluetooth connection.

Waterhouse calls starring in the campaign “the craziest, most fun experience,” adding how much she enjoyed capturing the campaign in the Big Apple. “You can’t shut down the streets of New York.”

“I loved the idea behind [the campaign] — putting on your headphones, feeling upbeat in a city, tuning out and being in your own world,” Waterhouse shares with WWD. Waterhouse has firsthand experience with Sonos and their audio equipment products.

“I have an entire house filled with Sonos systems. Sonos has been in my home for many, many years,” Waterhouse says.

“As a longtime brand fan and cultural tastemaker whose influence spans industries, Suki was the ideal partner to bring this vision to life,” said Sonos chief marketing officer Jordan Saxemard. “She personifies the Sonos brand and elegance of Ace, while opening the door to a new, younger fan base we’re eager to build a relationship with around the globe.”

The “Daisy Jones and the Six” star credits the comfort of the headphones as her favorite feature. “I’ve tried a bunch of different headphones, and these ones are so cushiony on my ears. It feels like air when you have them on. I don’t feel any heaviness whatsoever. They have that sleek feel, sleek look.”

Waterhouse also noted what an ideal accessory the headphones are to any outfit. “If I’m wearing neutrals or pastels or white, then I usually do my white [headphones]. If I’m having a goth day then I’ll go with the black ones.”

In April, Waterhouse’s record “My Fun” debuted. With a new album on the way, the singer and actor is taking time to finally enjoy her work by hearing it through the Sonos Ace headphones. “I can listen to the record as a listener and walk around the city with my headphones on and take a beat and enjoy it through the headphones.”
