Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard has another cast wedding in the cards!

On Friday, June 28, cast member and realtor Amir Lancaster, who has been on the Summer House spinoff show since it premiered in May 2023, revealed that he and his girlfriend Nicole Morales are engaged.

Lancaster, 27, first gave his followers something of a tease on Instagram when he posted a shot of himself, Morales — who is also a realtor — and friend Chelsea Bucklew standing together in the sun and captioned it, “Day 1.”

Then, several hours later, he shared another snap that showed himself holding Morales' hand as she wore a sparking engagement ring while standing on Miami Beach.

“Day 614,” he captioned the shot, appearing to indicate the number of days since the pair met.

Lancaster, meanwhile, reposted another snap taken by a friend that showed the happy couple together. "My people are engaged!!" the caption read.

Morales joined Lancaster on the Bravo series' season 2, which premiered in March 2024. Ahead of that, in October 2023, the Bravo reality star shared a sweet post that indicated when the couple had first met.

"Crazy to think I met my person almost a year ago, I love doing life and real estate with you 🫶🏾," he wrote alongside photos of the couple on Instagram at the time.

Before their exciting engagement news, the couple recently made another big commitment to each other — buying a house together.

Lancaster shared the news on Instagram with a picture of the two standing outside a home in Austin, Texas, where he hails from.

"OUR TURN🙌🏾 Thanking God every day for everything that has been bestowed upon me. Nothing is taken for granted and this is just the start of something amazing for @natalieecortes and I," he wrote alongside the snap.

"We are still fully planning the wedding," Mitchum said. "We want a fall 2025 wedding, still figuring out which cast members we're going to invite. So everything is full steam ahead, but thankfully, we have some time."

He explained that while he and Cooley still have to decide on the location and guest list, they have settled on a must-have for their big day: an open bar.

"My fiancé and I love different spirits," Mitchum said, before detailing the types of drinks the grooms-to-be would likely serve.

"I'm more of a brown liquor forward person and he's more of a Broco all the time person. So whatever those combinations look like," he continued.
