The Summer I Turned Pretty season 2 trailer is not only teasing fans with more love triangle drama, but also with a new version of an old Taylor Swift song.
In the clips, we see lead character Belly reminiscing on the events of season 1, mourning the loss of Susannah, and being told that her love triangle has had effects on other people's friendships too.
Jeremiah calls her up and says that Conrad has gone missing, and the two team up to go looking for him. Along the way, emotions run high for Jeremiah as the toll of having your love interest also chase your brother comes pouring out.

There's also the wrinkle of Susannah's house being put up for sale, and efforts to try and prevent that from happening.
Will the gang be successful and can Belly sort out all the love triangle drama and pursue something with one boy without his brother feeling awful?
We're not so sure, as the trailer's dramatic peak comes when Belly tells Jeremiah that there's nothing left romantically when it comes to her and Conrad, but he isn't so convinced, replying: "There will always be something between you and Conrad."

Perhaps even more exciting for fans is what songs soundtrack the trailer. Things start off with Taylor Swift's 'August' from the 'Folklore' album, but then it goes into a never before heard version of 'Back to December (Taylor's Version)' from the upcoming re-release of 'Speak Now', which comes out on July 7.
The Summer I Turned Pretty season 2 premieres on July 14 on Prime Video, and will release its eight episodes weekly.
