Sunday Brunch in hot water seconds into episode and fans say 'time to scrap it'
Sunday Brunch fans have hit out at the show's line-up for Sunday's show - saying they barely know any of the guests. The Channel 4 favourite returned with Tim Lovejoy at the helm alongside Simon Rimmer on Sunday April 14, from 9.30am til 12.30pm.
Ahead of the episode, the Twitter/X account for the programme wrote: "This morning on @SundayBrunchC4 , @TimLovejoy and @simonrim are joined by @FehintiBalogun , @MsGfaye , @MaisieAdam , @StephenMangan , @Sianygibby and @MikeBubbins . Plus, live music from @lucyrosemusic."
But the line-up left those watching at home severely underwhelmed. "Bunch of no marks. Getting worse week by week, well-known people are giving #sundaybrunch a wide berth. Time to either scrap it or give it a full revamp. Can start by sacking that b*****d Love****," one sniped.

Sue fumed: "Its just started and theres a advert #sundaybrunch" A second said: "Well i know 2 of the guests." A third said: "Two is better than usual... not bad..." Another fumed: "Apart from mangan, i swear #sundaybrunch just drags randoms in off the street outside television centre."
Another agreed: "I agree! I rarely know the full panel on any given Sunday." Another agreed: "Please Tim SLOW down when introducing the guest line up." "Who are these people? #sundaybrunch," Mo asked on Twitter as the three-hour episode played out.
A RadioTimes preview for the show today read: "Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer host the magazine programme featuring interviews with celebrities, cooking segments and live music in the studio." It added: "Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer are joined by Fehinti Balogun, Gaynor Faye, Maisie Adam, Stephen Mangan, Sian Gibson and Mike Bubbins. With live music from Lucy Rose."
Mangan is known for being a star of Green Wing and more, while Maisie has made a name for herself as a top comedian.
